1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
4 MED PORK CHOPS
<MICROWAVE OR OVEN>
IN BAKING DISH SAUTE <MELT AND TENDER> GARLIC IN BUTTER. COMBINE
ALL SEASONINGS IN BREAD CRUMBS. DIP CHOPS IN BUTTER AND THEN IN SEASONING. PLACE CHOPS BACK IN BAKING DISH AND SPRINKLE REST OF CRUMBS OVER CHOPS. COVER WITH WAX PAPER. BAKE AT 350 UNTIL CHOPS REACH 165 DEGREES USING A MEAT THERMOMETER.
