1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER

MIX TOGETHER AND RUB ALL OVER BIRD. I WILL EITHER ROAST IT ON
THE GRILL OR IN THE OVEN AT 350 UNTIL DONE. USE A MEAT
THERMOMETER. WHEN IT REACHES 180, TAKE IT OUT.
