1 TSP POULTRY SEASONING

1 TSP GARLIC POWDER

1/2 TSP GROUND GINGER

1 TSP PAPRIKA

1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER

MIX TOGETHER AND RUB ALL OVER BIRD. I WILL EITHER ROAST IT ON

THE GRILL OR IN THE OVEN AT 350 UNTIL DONE. USE A MEAT

THERMOMETER. WHEN IT REACHES 180, TAKE IT OUT.
