IN A CROCKPOT, ADD BEANS, SEASONING, ONION AND WATER. LET SOAK

OVERNIGHT ,10-12 HRS. TURN ON HIGH FOR 8-10 HOURS OR UNTIL BEANS

ARE SOFT AND TENDER. AFTER 8 HRS, ADD SAUSAGE AND TURN ON LOW.

SERVE OVER RICE. ADD LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE TO TASTE.
